What services do you offer?
Bmore Best Buds offers dog walking, drop-in visits, cat visits, overnight care, boarding, home-style daycare, pet taxi services, plant care, mail/package collection, and basic home care while you’re away
Where do you provide services?
We are based in Southeast Baltimore and primarily serve Baltimore City and nearby surrounding areas. Service availability depends on location, schedule, and the type of care needed. Check out our Service Area Map to see if you fall within the highlighted area!
Will my pet have the same caregiver every time?
Not always. We keep our team intentionally small so your pet has a consistent, familiar care team instead of a rotating cast of strangers. Your pet will only ever have two to three regular caregivers, and one of them will always be Allie, the owner.
We also use Time to Pet for detailed notes, real-time updates, and communication between team members and clients, so everyone caring for your pet is working from the same playbook.
How do I book services?
All scheduling is handled through Time to Pet. Clients can request services, review updates, communicate with us, and manage pet care details through the app. New clients start with a meet and greet before services begin.
Do you offer personalized care?
Yes. We do not offer copy-and-paste care. We tailor visits around your pet’s routine, personality, comfort level, and actual needs. Sometimes that looks like a walk, sometimes it looks like enrichment, and sometimes it looks like sitting quietly until a nervous pet decides we are allowed to exist.
Do you care for pets besides dogs?
Yes. We care for cats and other household pets, too. We can also help with basic home care tasks like bringing in packages, collecting mail, watering plants, and keeping an eye on things while you’re away.
